Mtech Skeleton Rescue Knife
By: Jack Elliott on 9 September 2020Excellent value for money budget rescue knife. Solid build quality, feels perfect in the hand. Isn’t very sharp out of the box, but a knife is as good as you make it. Mine is very sharp now! Arrived by post before tracking date, which with the COVID 19 delays was very good.

Great knife, great price
By: Dan on 12 August 2020This was my first purchase through Extac so I thought I would go for something in the lower price range to reduce the risk of a subpar product and/or purchasing experience. I must say that my concerns were unwarranted. The MTech MT424 is a great knife and I am more that happy with the product. Visually, the knife is a nice dark black, the grooves accent the handle nicely and contribute to a great texture and finish. The details add to a tactical appearance and makes it visually interesting with the variations in design. A great size for a smaller hand and a perfect fit for a pocket, especially the placement of the clip, ensuring it stays in place. The knife feels solid and has a good weight. The design aspects providing a nice hand feel with the finger grooves well placed providing good grip. The blade is a nice shape, allowing use at a variety of angles. It is well sharpened and has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. The opening mechanisms function very well. It is easy to open and close, one handed, and a quick flick opening is easily achieved with either hand. Thumb screws add to the ease of opening and closing. The blade is well placed when closed and stuck fast when open with no give. There is no fear of the blade closing unintentionally. Overall, I find this an excellent everyday knife at this price point.
